Ever since watching Chernobyl, Iāve wanted a Geiger counterā¦ and the FNIRSI GC-03 finally gave me an excuse to try one.
This thing can detect gamma rays, X-rays, hard beta radiation, EMF, and magnetic fields, all in one surprisingly affordable device. After using it for a week, I can honestly say itās one of the most interesting gadgets Iāve tested in a long time. Itās great for detecting uranium glass, radium items, old lenses, radioactive minerals, and more. Definitely more of a hobbyist tool than a professional dosimeter, but for the price, itās seriously impressive.
