I’ve reviewed a LOT of flashlights, but the Acebeam Terminator M1 V2 might genuinely be my favourite flashlight of all time! It’s a seriously unique design that combines a powerful 3900-lumen floodlight with a long-range LEP spotlight that can reach up to 1.6km, all in one compact-ish package.
In this review, I take a closer look at the build quality, beam performance, red LED, rotary controls, tactical switch, battery life, and all the upgrades over the original M1. I’ll also cover the compromises, because this isn’t the smallest or cheapest flashlight, and whether combining two very different lights into one body actually makes sense for everyday carry.
