Finally, I got hold of the Weltool T2! This is a powerhouse of a flashlight with over 400m throw with a 26.5mm head. I'd call this more of a 'semi-tactical' flashlight as the UI has low/medium/high mode with memory. I love the overall feel, quality, and performance of this light. Fenix has seriously hit the ball out of the park with the PD35R. Yes, it does cost more than some other tactical lights out there, but it's extremely well-rounded with great performance, quality, reliability, and ongoing customer service - for me, the PD35R is up there in my top 5 EDC tactical flashlights.
